Tingsha Chimes

Tingsha are small Tibetan cymbals, joined by a cord and traditionally used to open and close meditation, mark the start of a sound bath, or clear and cleanse a space. Struck together on their edges, they ring with a clear, bright and surprisingly long-lasting tone.

Ours are handmade in Nepal, plain or embossed with the Om Mani mantra, Naga dragons and the eight auspicious symbols, with vegan-friendly options too. Thicker, heavier tingsha give a deeper, longer ring, while lighter pairs sound higher and brighter.
