Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £35.
Standard delivery is £3.50 per order via Royal Mail Tracked 48, or free on UK orders over £35. If you need your instrument sooner, Tracked 24 is available for £4.50, or choose DPD next day delivery for £7.99.
Once your order has been despatched you'll receive a tracking code by email. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next working day delivery; Tracked 48 aims for the day after. These are delivery aims rather than guarantees — our couriers are generally reliable, but once an order leaves us we cannot guarantee a specific date or time of arrival.
Particularly bulky instruments, or items over 100cm in length, may carry a higher shipping charge. This will be calculated and applied automatically at checkout.
Operating Hours
Our operating hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
Therefore, please be aware that orders placed on a weekend will not be despatched until the following Monday.
We endeavour to fulfil any orders made before 12pm for same day despatch. However, if you really need your lovely new Siesta item delivered as quickly as possible, do give us a call and we should be able to help.
International Orders
The postage and packing charge for European and worldwide orders will vary according to destination and may be subject to additional import duties or taxes which will be payable before delivery. Please contact us if you would like to order from outside the UK and we will get back to you with a delivery price.
