Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £35.

Our standard postage is Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.50 per order — or free to any UK postcode when you spend over £35. Need it sooner? Upgrade to Tracked 24 for £4.50, or DPD next-day for £7.99 (please note DPD next-day does not include Saturdays).

As soon as your order is on its way, we will email you a code to track your parcel. Royal Mail Tracked services aim for next working day (Tracked 24) or the day after (Tracked 48), but these are aims rather than guarantees — our couriers are quick and reliable, but once a parcel leaves us we cannot promise an exact day or time.

Bulky pieces and anything over 100cm long — a kora or a large gong, say — may carry a higher delivery charge, which is added automatically at checkout.

Opening hours

We are here Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, so orders placed over the weekend are despatched the following Monday. We aim to send same-day for orders placed before midday; if you are in a hurry, give us a call and we will do our best.

International orders

Postage for European and worldwide orders varies by destination and may attract import duties or taxes, payable before delivery. Please get in touch and we will come back to you with a delivery price.
