Terms of Service

This website and store are operated by Siesta Crafts Ltd, trading as Adaptatrap (Registered Company No. 4852622). Our head office is Unit 17, Roper Close, Canterbury, Kent, CT2 7EP.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20% where applicable. Our VAT number is 445 147 650.

We use Shopify Payments to process payments and accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

We may change the price of our products without notice should circumstances beyond our control require it.

All delivery times are approximate. We currently use Royal Mail and DPD but reserve the right to use another carrier without notice. Free delivery offers apply to mainland UK standard delivery only.

Most of what we sell is handmade, so each piece varies a little from the photograph. We see that as part of the charm — a one-of-a-kind instrument beats mass-produced uniformity every time.

Promotion codes

Promotion codes are valid on online orders only. Adaptatrap reserves the right to decline orders where a code has been used incorrectly. Codes apply to items while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. If goods are returned, any refund will be for the amount paid after the discount. Where part of an order is returned, the value of the code is spread proportionately across the goods.
