A small, brightly painted dhol — the big, two-headed barrel drum that powers bhangra and is heard at weddings and festivals across South Asia. The mango-wood shell carries a skin at each end, tensioned by metal rings, and is played with two sticks: a slim 'tihli' for the high end and a curved 'dagga' for the booming bass.
Hand-made in India and sourced on a Fair Trade basis, supporting fair wages for the makers.
