A large, vividly decorated dhol — the powerhouse double-headed drum at the heart of bhangra and of weddings and festivals across South Asia. Its wooden shell holds a skin at each end under metal-ring tensioning, and it's played with two sticks: the slim 'tihli' for the bright high end and the curved 'dagga' for a deep, driving bass.
Hand-made in India and sourced on a Fair Trade basis, supporting fair wages for the makers.
