The full-sized version of our mandala monkey drum, with a bigger goat-skin head and a deeper, fuller voice. Twist the turned handle between your palms and the bead strikers spin to tap each side in turn, producing a rolling rhythm that's as satisfying to watch as to hear. Also called a pellet or stick drum, it's about as easy to play as an instrument gets.
Hand-made in Indonesia on a Fair Trade basis. The complex mandala is hand-painted, so every drum is a little different.
