A remarkable set of six seven-metal singing bowls, made for sound therapy: rub and strike the different bowls to build an other-worldly, transporting soundscape. The largest is hand-etched with Buddha in full lotus holding an alms bowl, ringed by the eight auspicious symbols (Tashi Tag Gye / Ashtamangala). Each bowl is cast from seven metals — gold, silver, copper, iron, tin, mercury and lead — with a fantastic, lingering sustain.
Diameters 17–28cm; bowls weigh 654–2031g (total approx 7967g). Each comes with a complimentary beater and large brocade cushion. Hand-made in Nepal, supplied by a member of Fair Trade Group Nepal; a single, unique set.
